If I control my opponents Orb with my Inka is that Idol's actions allow my opponent to place his Elder if he destroys another opponent's Elder or my Elder assuming we both have lost are Elders?

If I control my opponents Orb and control his Inkas on my turn, Does he still control his Inkas on his turn as well?

I am not sure what you are asking for the first question.

For the second question, each player still control all their units (Inkas, Idols [orb of the Idol that the player has picked up] and Elder).

Note: The player has no control over the Idol that your Inka has transformed into after picking up the player's orb.
